favorite web-based tools

I’ll be keeping/updating this post of some of my favorite online tools for various tasks:

TinyURL : turns huge URLs into tiny ones that are easier to email without getting broken up.

Pixenate: a killer online image editor.

Media-Convert: converst nearly any kind of media into nearly any other fomat. .WMV to .MOV, for instance.

the Wayback Machine: great for recovering info from sites that may have changed or disappeared completely.

Page2RSS: create an RSS feed where there is none.

Google Reader: keep up with your RSS feeds, and share stories via a public page.

flickr: ’nuff said
