Following Up

Seth Godin wrote this little blog entry about the practice of businesses following up with customers after providing service. Applicable to libraries? Yes, I think so. I like his empahsis on not making it an additional sales pitch. I hate getting a call from a vendor to “check up” on everything and it turns into another pitch. Anyway, another short but good entry from Seth.
